Laura Shea
Laura joined HelmsBriscoe in 2021 and is Director, Global Accounts, based in Croton-on-Hudson, New York. With more than 25 years in travel management and the meetings industry, she partners with clients across technology, entertainment, and financial sectors to source and contract impactful global events.
A recipient of HelmsBriscoe’s President’s Club (2023) and Executive Club (2024) honors, Laura is also President of SITE Northeast USA, where she leads initiatives that strengthen connections and elevate excellence across the incentive travel community. She holds the Global Leadership Professional (GLP) designation from the Wharton School of Business and is passionate about using her experience, insights, and relationships to help clients achieve exceptional results through their meetings and events.

Roseann Aversa joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2016. Based in the New York/New England region, she partners with corporations, associations, and government agencies to secure the perfect venues for their meetings and events. Known for her personal approach and deep industry insight, Roseann takes pride in helping clients bring their vision to life—no matter where in the world their programs take them.
With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality and meetings industry, Roseann has developed an extensive network and a strong understanding of both domestic and international markets. Her career has taken her across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas, collaborating with hotels and destination experts to design experiences that inspire and connect people. She knows that every culture and destination offers something unique—and she loves matching those distinctive qualities with her clients’ goals.
Before joining HelmsBriscoe, Roseann represented some of the world’s most iconic hotel brands, including Raffles, Taj, Langham, and Rocco Forte, where she served as Director of Global Accounts.
Roseann combines her global expertise, creativity, and commitment to service to ensure every event is seamless, memorable, and successful. Her clients appreciate her warm, collaborative style and her dedication to saving them valuable time and resources while delivering exceptional results.
